We need ALL Camp Leaders to be at Camp Hulaco the entire time.
1) We only have enough assigned leaders to provide 2/cabin (church policy)
2) Camp Haluco charges more for people coming and going.
3) It causes problems for the YW when they see people leave, because then some want to go home too.
