• 1)Thursday July 30th at 6:30 at the Plant City church Brother Stansel will be teaching the leaders and YCL's about archery.  Please let me know if you are able to attend.  With this knowledge we will be able to better assist our young women and keep them safe.

• August  2nd 2015 check in and luggage drop for all YW and leaders, 5-7 pm Sunday evening at the  Stake Center
• Leaders  to arrive 4:00 am 
• YW arrival 4:15am
• Buses depart 4:45
• (Reminder- all YW and Leaders bring breakfast, sack lunch and snacks.  YW may bring money to buy lunch and snacks when the bus stops.)

• All Leaders: Monday after arriving at camp there will be a Brother from the Madison Alabama Stake who will come and teach us what we need to know about supporting, supervising, assisting and working the R.O.P.E course and all the other activities.  Please let me know if you are interested in participating in this training.  We really do need a lot of support on learning how to keep our young women safe.  This is very important considering some of the activities are 30 to 40 feet off the ground.  I would like at least one leader per level to come and learn.  Sister Doyle, please pick out some of your best YCL's for this.  (Not the ones doing FHE because training might be at the same time.) 

Past Meetings

• June 27th 2015 8am Pre-Certification for all levels and leaders -by popular demand it will be held at the Kellers home again. Address: 10116 Bryant Road, Lithia, Fl. 33547   The YW will certify for first aid, cooking over a fire and make level flags. The first level will make  colorful covers to protect their paper back copies of Book of Mormon's they will use at camp.  All YW will meet their YCL's per level and enjoy activities prepared for them by the YCL's.

All Stake YW presidents and the Ward camp leaders Parents and YW are invited to the 2015 Brandon Stake Camp Kick-off Meeting on Sunday February 8th, 2015.  The meeting begins at 7 p.m. and will be held in the Chapel of the Stake center.   Church dress please.  Please plan to stay for the entire meeting.

The 2015 Registration Packets will be distributed that evening
